Who delivers your First Aid training?Our trainers are qualified First Aid instructors with real-world experience in healthcare, education, or emergency response. They also hold training and assessing qualifications to ensure sessions are engaging and up to standard.

Can you adapt the training for additional needs?Yes. We are committed to inclusive practice. Please inform us of any access, mobility, learning, or communication needs so we can adapt the session accordingly. For accredited First Aid courses, learners are required to demonstrate CPR on the floor as part of the assessment for 2 minutes. If a participant is unable to meet this requirement due to a physical or medical condition, we can discuss alternative arrangements in advance. In such cases, we may be able to offer a certificate of attendance instead, which acknowledges participation but does not confer accreditation. We aim to make our training as accessible as possible and encourage open conversations about support needs before the course.
