DESCRIPTION
Choking emergencies can become life-threatening within minutes — every second counts. LifeVac® is a regulated, non-invasive airway clearance device designed to be used when standard Basic Life Support (BLS) choking procedures, such as back blows and abdominal thrusts, have failed or cannot be performed.
 
The LifeVac® Home Kit is designed specifically for everyday household and family use. Its compact design makes it easy to store in kitchens, dining rooms, living spaces, or care environments where people gather. Each mask is colour-coded to support quick identification during an emergency.
 
LifeVac® features a patented one-way valve designed to help prevent pushing an obstruction further into the airway and is regulated as a Class I medical device.
 
This complete home kit includes essential choking emergency equipment along with access to LifeVac® video guidance via QR code to help users become familiar with the device.
 
If your LifeVac® is used during a genuine choking emergency, LifeVac® offers a free replacement policy.

HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
LifeVac® is designed to be used after recognised choking first aid procedures have been attempted.
 
Attach the appropriate mask to the LifeVac® device.
Position the mask securely over the nose and mouth.
Hold the mask firmly in place.
Push then pull the handle to create suction.
Repeat if required until the airway is clear or emergency services arrive.
